You may also file a dispute with Guardian IDS at no charge if you believe that any information in your background reports is inaccurate or incomplete by completing and submitting the form below. The dispute investigation process could take up to 30 days, depending on the nature, scope and source of the information being disputed. You can also contact our Compliance Department if you need assistance identifying the specific detail that you wish to dispute.

If you need assistance identifying the specific details that you wish to dispute, it may be helpful for you to first request a free copy of your background reports, but it is not necessary for you to do so.
