Criminal Searches
County Criminal
A criminal search performed at the county level from the designated central criminal courts, which includes available public felony and misdemeanor records within the requested search scope. The Central Court is considered the court or courts in which felonies and most misdemeanors are adjudicated. The Central Court is also referred to as the "County Seat" Court. The Central Court index may not include all cases that can be found in smaller, local, lower level, outlying or remote municipal courts.
Statewide Criminal
A criminal search performed through available statewide criminal databases. Statewide criminal databases typically contain arrest records that may lack a final disposition. Therefore, a county criminal search is often run in concurrence to ensure maximum possible accuracy.
Federal Criminal
A criminal search performed at the federal level from the designated Federal District Courts, which includes available public felony and misdemeanor records within the requested search scope.
Identity & Sanctions
SSN Trace
A search that cross-references more than 300 data sources to identify names and addresses that have been used in conjunction with a given social security number. The trace also provides a scan of the Social Security Administration's (SSA) Death Master File.
A search conducted through the state's Department of Motor Vehicles reveals the subject's driving privileges and history.
Motor Vehicle Report
A search that cross-references national and international lists of suspected terrorists, criminals and fugitives indicated below designated US and international terrorist lists, foreign sanctions and watchlists.

Employment Verification
Verification of an applicant's employment history. Default is current or most recent employer, but additional employers can be requested for an additional cost for the amount of years searched. Current, 3 years, 5 years, 7 years or complete history.
Verification of an applicant's degree including the school name, degree earned and date. Each additional degree is an additional cost to verify.
Education Verification
License Verification
A search to verify any license or certificates beyond healthcare compliance are active and in good standing. This includes, but is not limited to: accounting, contractor, insurance, real estate, and IT.
Professional Reference
Verification of a personal or professional reference to learn about the applicant's character and qualifications.
Occupational Health
A test that measures the level of substances in a subject's body according to the requested panels.

FACIS - Level 1
Includes a search of the federal Excluded Parties List System (EPLS) maintained by the General Service Administration, and the List of Excluded Individuals and Entities (LEIE). Meets requirements of the Office of Inspector General (OIG) Compliance Program Guidance
FACIS - Level 3
A premium report for healthcare exclusion and debarment screening. Includes all of the items contained in FACIS Level 1 and the sanctioning boards from all 56 US jurisdictions across all provider types. This search exceeds minimum federal requirements, however, it offers full coverage for a high-level risk management policy.
Other Services
Credit Report
A report pulled from the credit bureau to identify the public financial history of applicants. The credit report provides a summary of balances, payment history, liens, judgements and bankruptcies. This can identify various history including but not limited to: Account payment history, collections, credit risk, and debt amounts. This does not affect the applicant's credit score.
County Civil
A search of civil litigation performed at the county level from the designated Central Civil Courts, which include available noncriminal records such as disputes, judgments, and liens within the requested search scope.
Federal Civil
A search of civil litigation performed at the federal level from the designated Federal District Courts, which include available noncriminal records such as disputes, judgments, and liens within the requested search scope.
